Job Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes branch targets through supervising workforce and organizing and tracking work processes.
- Maintains workforce through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training personnel and growing personal growth opportunities.

- Controls fees through collecting and filing budget information, scheduling expenditures, tracking variances, and enforcing corrective actions.
