Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Supervisor or different senior managers as required.
- Liaising among the Supervisor and different employees.
- Hiring and training new employees.
- Developing training substances and accomplishing training sessions and workshops.
- Establishing commercial enterprise information and awareness of shared business enterprise goals.
- Monitoring each character and group process overall performance metrics.
- Providing staff with technical steerage and assistance.
- Relaying productiveness issues to the Supervisor.
- Preparing process descriptions and work schedules.
- Assisting with different administrative tasks, when required.
