Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Supervisor or different senior managers as required.
2. Liaising among the Supervisor and different employees.
3. Hiring and training new employees.
4. Developing training substances and accomplishing training sessions and workshops.
5. Establishing commercial enterprise information and awareness of shared business enterprise goals.
6. Monitoring each character and group process overall performance metrics.
7. Providing staff with technical steerage and assistance.
8. Relaying productiveness issues to the Supervisor.
9. Preparing process descriptions and work schedules.
10.Assisting with different administrative tasks, when required.
